By accessing or using CasaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
CasaFlow is a household task management application with gamification features. It allows users to create or join "houses" (groups), manage household tasks with categories and frequencies, receive automatic task assignments, and track progress with points and streaks.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use CasaFlow for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
Upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content (including task names, descriptions, or proof photos).
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service.
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Circumvent subscription limits or exploit the free tier beyond its intended use.
5. Houses & Shared Data
When you join a house, other members of that house can see your name, profile information, task assignments, completions, points, and streaks.
House owners can manage members, including removing them from the house.
If you leave or are removed from a house, your historical task data within that house remains visible to other members.
You are responsible for any content you share within a house.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
CasaFlow offers free and premium subscription tiers.
Premium subscriptions are processed exclusively through Google Play or Apple App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms (Google Play or Apple App Store).
Subscriptions are associated with a house and managed by the house owner.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
CasaFlow, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of InovGest.
You retain all rights to the content you create within the app (task descriptions, photos, etc.).
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
CasaFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InovGest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CasaFlow.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile > Delete Account).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use CasaFlow ceases immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where InovGest is based. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of CasaFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
